A Shepherd is returning back to its cottage / residency after a long circle around Turbela Road...

A Shepherd is returning back to its cottage / residency after a long circle around Turbela Road with Sheep at evening. The owner of these sheep having round about 80 Sheep said on reply of a question that he belongs to Nooristan province of Afghanistan and settled here in Pakistan since 1985. He and his family leaders etc, having the business of Sheep and they sale some of them monthly. This road to Pinjwana village was reconstructed last year by the grant of local MPA under Government of Punjab. Pinjwana is a small village of Union Council Nartopa which is located between Nartopa and Sarwana villages. (04 Pictures),

Some kids are playing in front of a famous Hujra situated in the middle of Pinjwana village. Pinjwana is a small type village located between Banghai (Hazro), Sarwana & Nartopa villages. Mostly residents of this village speak Pashto & related to agricultural field. Some people are settled in Gulf & European countries. Pinjwana village has 3 Masjids & 2 Schools.

Some old men are sited in front of a Hujra, Pinjwana village.

Some old men are sited in front of a Hujra, located in the main Mohallah of village Pinjwana. In Hujra culture, Chillam is an important thing among the people of village. More then 70% people of this village speak Pashto language. Pinjwana village has three Masjids & it’s a small village of Tehsil Hazro.

Picture was captured after the 1st turn to Pinjwana village from Turbela Road Hazro. The main road to Pinjwana village is connected by Banghai village. 85% people of Pinjwana speak Pushto & mostly people are engaged with agricultural services. Nartopa & Pinjwana villages are now almost touched by new constructions of homes.

View of Hujra located at Charhna Pasa, Pinjwana


Scene of a Hujra located at Charhna Pasa, Pinjwana village. Three old men are sited in front of typical type cottage with "Chillam". Tobacco & water with filter are the main parts of Chillam. Mostly Chillam smokers are now transfer their hobby to cigarettes which is more easy with convenience. More then 80% people of Pinjwana speak Pashto usually.
