Few of formers from Chhachh valley like to produce these types of heavy weight Sweet Pumpkins which are famous by most of families in Pakistan. Pumpkin refers to certain cultivars of squash, most commonly those are round, with smooth, slightly ribbed skin and deep yellow to orange coloration. Some exceptionally large cultivars of squash with similar appearance have also been derived from Cucurbita maxima. The crops of Corn are almost ready to finalize which are mostly used by people as Bread, Boiled & Fried style and for cooking oil which produced by Oil Companies. The land of Mallah Kalan also of Chhachh valley is really green for all types of crops and majority of formers produce Wheat and Corn in their season. Malla Kalan is one of a famous village of Union Council Haroon & mostly people of this village belong with profession of agriculture and has good sum of live stock. As people from this village settled abroad, majority of Malla people are living in Hong Kong, UAE and KSA. Mallah Kalan: Inside view of Haji Ishfaq Hujra, located near Jamia Masjid Hashmi in Mallah Kalan village. Hujra or Deira is a typical place for people of village to get together especially in evening till late night called Hujra or Deira in Chhachh valley. Hujra has very old history and one can see a Hujra in every Mohallah of a village which is used daily for political, social, agricultural & sports discussions. This modern type of Hujra was constructed in the mid of 2004 by Haji Zaman and is used mostly for political & social gatherings.
