Samosa Chart and Pakorhay dish is the famous spicy dish of this outlet and people of surrounding areas like to visit it in evening. Lakarh Mandhi is also a famous & busiest place in Ghourghushti village where there are lots of shops and outlets for home and mostly of kitchen accessories. Maskeen Abad is a famous hub for all adjoining villages of Ghourghushti such as Jalalia, Momenpur, Sheinka, Sheikh Choor, Malak Mala, Kotkay, Qutab Bandhi Garh, Qibla Bandhi and Abdul Rehman. Mahjoor Farms is hall mark of Modern Agriculture to harness maximum out of modern agriculture techniques but at the same time put into practice the old but yet innovative techniques. The management of Mahjoor Farms is specialized in Orchards, Vineyards and Crops with the future focus of expanding into Birds and Live Stock. The crops of Sticky Onions, Salaad, Potato, Ladyfinger etc are now in very initial stage locally called (Paneeri) which will be implanted in suitable land. Majority of farmers from Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa province weekly bring their multi type of initial stage Panneri for selling in Sunday Market, Hazro. Ghourghushti also Chhachh valley is having very suitable environmental condition for 90% types of Vegetables & Fruits. Farmers of Chhachh valley mostly grow vegetables as compared to fruits.

This school got the status of middle level in 1917 (before the independence of Pakistan) and became a High School in 1958 (after the independence of Pakistan). Thousands of students from this School have passed and most of these students are now settled in United Kingdom as huge numbers of people from Ghourghushti are living in United Kingdom.
