Near newly built Indus River Bridge which connects Punjab and Khyber Pukhtonkhowa KPK provinces...

Some pictures were captured at evening near newly built Indus River Bridge which connects Punjab and Khyber Pukhtonkhowa KPK provinces in the area of Haroon village in Tehsil Hazro. This bridge was constructed in two years which was completed in 2009. Indus River is the longest River Of Pakistan which is about 3180 km long. Among the five major and more than 75 smaller rivers in Pakistan, the Indus river is the not only the longest but the largest river as well. According to the average annual flow The Indus River stands at the twenty first number in the list of largest rivers in the world. The annual flow of Indus river is almost 50 cubic miles (207 cubic meter).

A sun setting view on the way to Haroon chowk from Damaan village in tehsil Hazro. The land of Chhachh valley has now become clear after the harvesting of Wheat which has always been a vital, hardworking and famous phase in the lives of farmers. Ministry of Highway now upgrading almost all roads of Chhachh valley with the keen interest of local MNA, MPA which is really a useful facility for the travelers. Some pictures were captured in Union Council Office of Haroon area, located on the Indus River direction from Hazro. Some villages of tehsil Hazro such as Haroon, Aba Bakar, Adalzai, Salim Khan, Damaan, Kamilpur Alam, Mallah Kalan & Painda, Dhoke Kawwa are under the jurisdiction / supervision of this Union Council. The opening ceremony of this U.C. Office was held on 30th of November 1963 by D. Commissioner Attock when the chairman of this U.C. was Faqeer Khan. This U.C. provides all type of government level basic documents six days a week. Mohammad Salman (0300-549-2904) belongs to Kamra Kalan has been providing his services since 1994. (10 Pics),

Picture was captured in front of Pakistan Motorway (M1) subway for local transportation between Haroon & Ababakar villages in tehsil Hazro. Villages of Chhachh valley such as Yaseen Kalan & Khourd, Asghar, Salim Khan, Adalzai, Lakorhi, Barha, Changa, Aba Bakar are now unsecured during night time for traveling from Hazro direction due to these types of subways. The length of Pakistan Motorway in Chhachh valley is 16 Kilometers which starts from Dhoke Mughalan (Capital Direction) and ends in Indus River (Darya e Sindh) in Haroon village area to the direction of Khyber PK Province. PHP (Punjab Highway Patrolling) Shadi Khan is doing his job well especially at night to protect the adjoining areas of Motorway. {05 Pictures},

Picture was captured on the link road to Mallah Kalan from Haroon village in tehsil Hazro. Majority of the people of Mallah Kalan village who travel to Haroon, Hazro, Adalzai & other eastern side villages use this link way which is shorter as compared to its main road via Damaan village. The crops of wheat now days have been gaining height which will be ready to cut treasure from start of May. Majority of the people of Mallah Kalan village having the business of agriculture, Live Stock & having own business in Hazro and Attock. Lots of people from this village are settled in Hong Kong and in few Gulf countries. {05 Pics},

Some pictures were captured in the famous Chowk of Chhachh valley named “Haroon wala Chowk”

Some pictures were captured in the famous Chowk of Chhachh valley named “Haroon wala Chowk” located on Indus River direction from Hazro city in Haroon village area. Ministry of Highways (Punjab) has upgraded this busy road from Haroon village to Sarwana village via Hazro city on grant of 65 Million Rupees. Punjab Government is doing really well job & especially focusing on Education, Health & Roads. Ground braking ceremony was held in the mid of October 2011 which was completed in the start of January 2012. Sheikh Aftab Ahmad (MNA) NA-57 was chief guest on this ceremony. {07 Pictures},

Picture was captured while a Suzuki Pickup was loading chairs, Tents, Decoration, Furnishing and Catering Materials after a Walima Party in play ground area of Haroon village. The season of weddings is almost about to an end a month ago due to high winter season and will start again in spring season. Haroon & Damaan villages have caterers who also provide their services to adjoining villages such as Barha, Aba Bakar, Haroon, Kamilpur Alam, Painda, Mallah, Damaan etc. Haroon village is a hub village from its rounded villages & lot of extra facilities are available here as compare to other villages. {04 Pictures},

Haroon is a major village of Chhachh valley and Pakistan Motorway M1's Bridge on Indus River is situated in the outer area of this village. The majority of people from this village are settled in HK, UK & USA. Picture was captured while some crows were flying on the bank of Indus River (Darya e Sindh) in Haroon village direction at Chhachh valley. Indus River has four lines in the direction of Yaseen Khourd, Salim Khan, Adalzai, Barha, Haroon, Mallah Kalan, Shadi Khan & Khora Khail villages. The speed of water in this river & lines are almost slow after the construction of Ghazi Barotha Canal (GBC) which is a useful Hydropower Project by Ministry of water & power.
