On the right of the road, this market has some shops such as Tailoring, Barber, General Store, Karyana Store & other related shops. On the right side of this connecting road to Hazro, the crops of Spinach (Palak Ka Saag) are in full action & ready to forward to Vegetable Markets. As visitors remember, Kalu Kalan is the one of top listed villages of Punjab province which produces all type of seasonal vegetables.

The death of Mohammad Bilal was happened by an explosive of LPG Slender which blasted due to fire broke out in Meena Bazaar Hazro. M. Bilal was the brother of Maj. Mohammad Zubair Shaheed. More then 6000 people offered Namaz e Jinaza of M. Bilal at Government High School Kalu Kalan and expressed their sorrow and grief with the bereaved family of the deceased at the sudden and untimely accidental death of young M. Bilal. {04 Pictures}

Ziarat Mohammad HUSSAIN Shah famous as Naanga Baba, located on the main road to Gondal in Kalu Kalan village. Bazam e Ghousia Mehria of Kalu Kalan is the main foundation which protects the buildings & equipments of these types of shrines in Kalu Kalan & surrounding villages. Cloudy weather picture was captured yesterday in Kalu Kalan area, on my trip to Waisa village. Ford Truck & Ford (Public Transport) are going to Gondal while a QingQi (Rickshaw) is going to Hazro from Hameed village.

By talk with some kids about their extra vacations in Kalu Kalan, answered that we are enjoying informal holidays although we miss our School.

Kalu Kalan (KL) village have eight Masjids, five Madrassas (located under Masjids) & two Jinaza Gahs. Two primary & two Higher Secondary with two private schools for boys & girls.

Famous Shrine of Kalu Kalan. "Ziarat Naanga Baba" Sayyed Muhammad Hussain Shah famous as "Naanga Baba" Ziarat is located on Hazro / Gondal road in Kalu Kalan. Annually Uras is held in the mid of the year for 2 days. People around the CH valley do visit here specially on last day. Mazhar Shah from Dhoke Shah Pur is the Matawalli of this shrine.

The last Sun sitting of Shobaan (8th Islamic month) 2009. On the start of Holy month Ramadan last night people of Chhachh valley performed Taraveeh (Special Prayer) in Masjids, Madrassas & Hujraas. Mostly Huffaz recites two Juzzes of Holy Quran. The weather of CH valley is decreased some of their Centigrade & now pleasant rather then a week before.
