Picture was captured in front of a temporary Chapli Kebab, Halwa Purhi, Jalaibi and other seasonal fried meal outlet on main Zia ul Haq Shaheed Road Hazro. Kebab and other fried spicy dishes are very much famous among the people of Chhachh valley especially in winter season. Hazro city has 08 Kebab outlets which provide Chapli Kebab eleven months a year. Chapli Kebab is a patty made from beef mince and is one of the popular barbecue meals in Pakistan. The word Chapli comes from the Pashto word Chaprikh which means flat. It is prepared flat and round and served with naan and salad. The kebab originates from Mardan city and is a common dish in Pashtun Cuisine. Mardan is famous for Chapli kabab not only locally but also internationally. {04 Pictures}
